Unfortunately there were not enough attendees or received proxies to reach
quorum. We will attempt a second meeting by emailing and sending out
notices with a new date and time. Please look for the new date soon, as it will likely occur in late February or early March.
While an official meeting did not occur, the HOA board was able to hear from many owners and will be acting on many of your requests.
In the meantime, if you are a homeowner and wish to submit your name for one of two open positions on the board, please email Omah Williams, HOA corresponding secretary, owillia2@gmail.com.
Currently, there are 2 people on the ballot. Please check your mailer for their names.
Best,
