ReplyDeleteI wonder how may people will use this.
ReplyDeleteI think people will use it if we keep referring them to it for info. It'll have to be a sustained effort.
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! With your help, we can make this forum really great for our community. Please share the url address with neighbors!
ReplyDeleteI think it is a great idea to have this blog out there, the usage of the blog will be highly dependent on several factors: 1. People's comfort zone; 2. Accessibility to the internet 3. A true desire to suggest, implement and see change.
ReplyDeleteAs a homeowner, one of the biggest frustration shared among all homeowners is the lack of communication and a seemingly lack of care and respect for the concerns of homeowners. Hopefully with this blog the homeowners concerns can be heard and a "true" process of evaluation of each concern will be implemented.
I think for this blog to be highly effective, it may be worthwhile to create sections for each topic of concern, this will help with searching for topics easily and keeping it properly organized, in addition if it is organized appropriately, each board member could be assigned a topic area to maintain and follow-up on.
Thanks for your post Zada. Your idea is great! Which sections would you like to see?
ReplyDeleteMy ideas include the following (feel free to add what you'd like to see as well):
Parking
Landscaping
Rules and Regulations
Community Areas
KRJ Management
HOA Meeting Minutes
Neighborly News
As always, the board looks forward to your response.
Omah, the sections you added are right on point. Perhaps we should also include a section called general? used specifically for other community concerns.
ReplyDeleteThanks
I think we can use my "Suggestions" post as a General section.
