2/16/2011 Minutes

Items brought up by attendees

-Landscaping-frozen plants will be replaced around March to make sure there are no more freezes

-Home owner requested to move a rat traps

-Home owner doesn't feel that her requests are being attended to. Would like to start a communication tool to keep home owners informed. Omah will start a blog. She will make all board members administrators. 2001beringdrive.blogspot.com

-Pedestrian gates not working. Adolfo stated that new key pads have been ordered

-New gates-motors on both gates have been replaced

-Suggestion was made to change gate code

-Concerns about gates being locked when electricity is out. There is a crank on the motor of the gate box. Box can be opened and does not lock

-Suggestion to put paper recycle bin in front of mail boxes. Robert Hyatt 14 G will look into getting a bin.

-Concern about standing water-Adolfo addressed new parking lot and drainage.

-Foundation problem with G unit. Tish says that it has been corrected. New irrigation systems should help with the foundation shifting but it will continue to move.

-Suggestion of adding more cameras-very expensive.

-Million dollars in loans one is five years and one in seven years.

-New pool furniture will be ordered.

-Benches will be installed in front of property

-Transformer buried by G building; Center Point has been called.

-Parking head in is not allowed in entire lot. Parking rules not currently being enforced because of construction

Adolpho w/ High Strength Contracting

-Storage area behind first dumpster has been removed. Items inside are sitting outside.

-Three tandem parking spaces at back of lot will be eliminated

-He will be getting the lock on the pool gate fixed

-Fire extinguishers are being stolen. More have been ordered.

  4. The mins are missing two items that I can recall:

    1. Foundation for building C needs to be checked, Tish is to work with the foundation company.
    2. The Unit numbers placed on the doors are backward - they read as letter then number as opposed to number then letter, Tish is to follow-up with the company to have them re-order the signs to read correctly.
