Unfortunately, there has been a robbery, at gun point, in our complex. A resident's girlfriend was coming to visit him this weekend. She drove in and parked next to a truck with a man standing at the end of the truck. When she got out of her car with her young daughter, the man confronted her with a gun and proceeded to rob and take her car.
No one was physically hurt.
Tish has called the police and learned the truck and plates are stolen. She is having
the police come and remove the truck. She hope's they can gather fingerprints from the truck's interior.
Please remember to be aware of your surroundings. If you don't
feel comfortable and you see someone standing around, don't park next to
them. Make sure your doors are locked and keep driving out of the complex. Consider, calling the
police and waiting for them before going back in.
