2013 Annual Homeowners Meeting

Greetings 2001 Bering Drive Association Homeowners:

This is a notice that the 2001 Bering Drive Association Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, January 31, 2013. We will begin the meeting at 6:00pm at Pat Leith’s shop located at the corner of West Alabama and Timmons in the southwest corner. The address is: 3701 West Alabama, Suite 389, Houston, TX 77027.  Please arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes early for sign-in

The purpose of having an annual meeting is to keep you, the homeowner, informed and involved.

Please be sure to email your proxy if you are not attending the meeting and you did not receive a proxy or letter in the mail.  In order for this to be a valid meeting, our by-laws require a quorum of 50% owners to be represented in person, or by proxy. If you do not plan to attend this year’s annual meeting, thank you in advance for emailing your proxy to Omah Williams, Board Corresponding Secretary, owillia2@gmail.com. 

Please note: The ballot will contain one (1) open position on Board of Directors this year.  If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please submit your name in writing to Tish McCracken at Prestige Property Management L.L.C., no later than January 22, 2012.  Her email address is prestigepropertymanagement@yahoo.com. The floor will also be opened for nominations during the meeting.
