Burglary and broken exit gates

On Tuesday, January 15, a resident came home from work and found her door had been kicked in and items were missing. It happened sometime during the day; at the time, gates where not broken so they must have followed someone in. Tish, the property manager, will check the tape on cameras to see if we can get license plate, etc.
Residents, please be aware of your surroundings and close your blinds while away to deter thieves. Your personal security is not the responsibility of the Association. We can, as residents, be neighborly and report suspicious activity to the property management and the police. Also, be sure to turn on your car alarm (if you have one) and do not leave valuables in your car. Locking your car doors and securing your dwelling with an alarm could deter thieves as well.
Today, January 17, a resident found the exit gates to the property had been pushed open and off the track. Maintenance requests have been issued and tapes will be reviewed to help police locate the vandals. If additional problems occur, Tish may be reached via email,

prestigepropertymanagement@yahoo.com. If you witnessed who may have pushed the gates off the track please report the license plate number to the property management and police.

  1. Nothing has been posted about this:

On January 6th, between 3-6am, two new vehicles had their wheels stolen and their cars put on blocks. Entry was made through the broken exit gates.

Per my conversations with Tish, she does not monitor the prestigepropertymanagement.com email and it is NOT a good way to get in touch with her regarding issues with the property.
